My cellphone wont turn on even if its full charge

Hello, my cellphone is Cherry Mobile (Candy TV) its touch screen... I was in the school that time and its lowbat.. I charge it when I go home but the problem is Its charging for 2 hours. and when i remove the charger I turn it on.. nothing happens I put the charger again and it shows the bar and it is in full charge I turn it on but still the same nothing happens.. Please help me

You first need to check the charger with multi mter that the charger is working or not. If it is working then check the mobile battery with same meter. If the battery is working then you understand it that your mobile application have a problem. Get help from mobile repair shop.
