Text being changed

I sent a text to my wife when she got it half the words were completely different to what I typed is this possible
I got htc wildfire s
She has a Samsung galaxy y

You are telling us it happened... now you ask is this possible???

Yes this actually happened the text was over 160 characters long the first half was word for word the second half was compleatly different even though it came through as one text
