Samsung HD channels not working

The regular channels Non-HD work just fine but i have no picture at all on the HD channels. What's your best guess for a solution?

So I'm assuming you have the cable coming from the dish to your set top box and then from the box to your HDTV. I don't recall, but does your set top box require a card to be inserted for decryption? If so, is it inserted? Does you subscription even include HD channels? What cable are you using from the rear of the set top box to the HDTV?
