Acer aspire 5733 wont boot

I did a scan and it after it scanned and cleaned the problems it asked to reboot so rebooted it and the acer screen comes on then the windows logo comes on then just a black screen with the mouse and nothing happens the fan kicks in every so often and the loading ring comes on every so often but nothing happens... Please help someone?

Keep tapping F8 key as soon as you turn it on.
Advanced Startup Menu should appear.
Use the arrow keys to highlight "Last known good configuration".
Press <Enter>

Pc Pro I think it was, after I installed it and everything it stated scanning and it said I had thousands of problems so I wiped them and after it said reboot now or later so I rebooted and that's when it stopped working

Those sort of programs are rubbish and damage the registry

I think you are going to HAVE TO reload windows now to repair the damage

Save ALL your data, and then put in your recovery discs and boot from the first one...
