14. Please tell us any additional information if needed: Primarily need for word processing, web surfing, and limited video editing. Full sized or nearly full sized keyboard a must. Would prefer a longer rather than shorter battery life. While I'm trying to stay more towards the lower end of my budget, I'm flexible if there is a good argument for spending the extra money.

HP ENVY Ultrabook 4 or 6. Very portable, i5, 6 or 8GB ram, both come default with 32gb SSD + 500gb hdd. I'd prefer a SSD only solution, especially for video encoding, and use external storage. If that's good for you: Lenovo Edge E530.

These options should fit your budget nicely.
