how to open an Acer 5740G

I only need to remove the screws to upgrade the hard drive for an SSD.

I can't find a screwdriver that fits.
(same for the memory which I want to do next)

I got one small screwdriver that appear to fit but the screws do NOT move at all.

I have been looking into buy a tool kit just for this reason, but what should I buy?

And.... anything else that I should be aware of?

Most ACERS have a small sized Phillips screw in the hard drive cover.... local hardware shop....
