Htc password

Hello,
I have just got a htc desire of eBay (used) and I can't get on it as I need a password which I don't have and the seller is just ignoring me? Can anyone help me to sort this out?????

In thse forums we do not provide any password info or help since we cannot verify ownership or identity.
There is a lot you can do with the help of Ebay and especialy if you used paypal to pay for it. Go into the help section of Ebay and file a dispute claim and that will have Ebay contact the seller and make him respond or you will get your money back. Paypal also has this feature and you can do either one , just follow the instructions.
I have used this option myself and can tell you that you will get action from Ebay

Contact eBay to file a complaint against the seller. That is really all you can do.
