All Andriod cell phones and smartphones need a Google acount to be created to register the phone with a cell phone provider and that is usually done when you purchase and sign up for your cell phone service. If you have forgotton that user name and password then you will have to go to your cell phone provider and ask them to help you retrieve it.
In this forum we do not provide any help with unlocking any device that is locked with a password because we cannot verify that you own the device and we also cannot verify your identity. These things can be done at your cell phone provider where they can verify your contract with them and your Id.
