Inactive icons in task bar

Hi,

I am using Micromax A110 model and i am facing a problem that one inactive icon keep on showing on my task bar which represents downloading sign. From past 15 days its showing. please help me with the solution

Are you running Ice Cream Sandwich? If so, the downloading icon should tell you what you're trying to download (if you swipe down for the top). What happens if you tap the icon?
