Just read some reviews. If you have friends with iphones, then just ask them what they like and dislike about the iphone. If they say the iphone is the perfect phone and there are no flaws, then just ignore them.

The major complaint that some of my friends who have iphone was the inability to stream videos from Amazon (maybe some other sites as well). But that was last year, videos can now be streamed from Amazon on the iphone.
