Do you think Samsung copies Apple?

Reading a lot of articles on the web, this question came to my mind.

Samsung may have copied Apple and Apple may have coppied Samsung , we as consumers have no access to the inner workings of either company and to make an accurate claim you would have to be able to go back over each and every phone that has been produced by either company.
Recent lawsuits have indicated this to be the case and so far the results of these lawsuits have confirmed that Samsung has infringed on Apple more the Apple has on Samsung, so hat tells me they both do it to a certian extent.
