My ASUS laptop Model X44H battery charging at the red cross and there can not be filled, there is a command "Consider Replacing Your Battery", How to fix?

For some reason their under the impression were paid tech support that is suppose to reply immediately. I just don't answer their questions or help those who do this generally. Thats my viewpoint anyway.
