The above may work, and has worked for others.
I recommend you install both the Intel and the NVidia drivers though.
*I also suggest you inquire if your laptop allows the drivers from NVidia to work as the ones from Lenovo are almost a year old. Probably not.
**If you ever reinstall Windows from scratch normally you can use the drivers from the NVidia site (I did so). The following is from the LATEST DRIVERS:

"Notebooks supporting Hybrid Power technology with Intel chipsets are not supported (NVIDIA Optimus technology is supported)."
So it sounds like you CAN use the 2013 drivers, though likely ONLY with a fresh Windows install. It may be worth TRYING the latest drivers anyway, they either won't install or you'll get issues in which case you can simply remove them.
