Hey

Seems to be problem after problem with this laptop. Today I was just on steam when my system froze the only way to get out of it was a hard reset when I tired loading it back up again it would go past the starting windows screen where the welcome screen should be but I can't see anything its just blackness.

I can boot in safe mode as thats how im writing this at the moment so tahts fine.

Id rather have a solid fix for this rather than losing all my data doing a complete restore even if it is the easiest option.

Thanks

My system is an Intel core i7 - 2670QM CPU @ 2.20ghz
Nvidia GT540M 2GB and a Intel HD 3000 controlling the display
8GB RAM
1TB SATA HDD

Hi,

Try connecting the machine to an external monitor.

Try uninstalling your GPU drivers from safe boot, this will force it to use Windows video drivers when booting.

Run chkdsk?

You got a rollback option to go to?

Call back!
