Acer bios hard drv lock

my question is the same as the guy i just read about but i'm not talking about pass words ,the bios has a line where it says hard drice is lock'd ,
but there is no option to change that seting must be a acer factory seting ,

once your out of warranty time acer could care less and offers no help at all

oreg hard drv die'd , need to replace drv but bios is lock'd it will not alow drv to be seen , new drv is id'd in the bios but you can't install an OS

any help sure would be appr'd

let me add there are NO pass words , pass word is not the problem , i have ALL pass words
