Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

When I hit enter, it just restarts my laptop and brings me to the same screen. It is a netbook Gateway LT4010U F8 will not bring me to safe mode...idk what to do
