Nice spec - considering how inexpensive RAM is, I would just get an 8 GB (2X4GB) kit. I am a Corsair fan, myself:

I personally will no longer build a computer (laptop or desktop) without installing a solid state drive. The difference in terms of access speed for files is ridiculous - you'll love yourself for the sheer fact that you won't have to make a cup of coffee in the morning while your computer boots up. If you do install an SSD, make sure that your HDD isn't plugged into the computer until after you have finished the install.
