Hey Guys,
So my Acer Aspire V3-571G which is just under a year old has been having a problem the last month or so when my computer will just freeze and all my programs will be "not responding" for about 2-3 minutes. Sometimes it will get back to normal for a bit but then it will normally start freezing up again. This will repeat until I either click something or it freezes again and then my computer will either reset itself or will just go to a black screen and nothing will happen until I force shut down. Every so often I'll also get a blue screen but I got this error message once:
Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer. And then there's this other info and then it has status: 0xc000000e9 and that an unexpected I/O error has occurred. I think this whole problem might have something to do with a new logitech headset that I started using a month ago because all of these problems only started after I used it.
Please help! This is getting really frustrating having to wait like 10 minutes just to send an email only for my computer to restart or just turn into a black screen.
Thanks in advance!
Edit: These are the specs of my computer:
Intel i7-3610QM (2.3Ghz) Processor
8GB DDR3 ram
750GB HDD
NVIDIA Geforce GT 640M
Running Windows 7 Home Premium
