Hi. Sorry for my poor English.

I have a problem with my new laptop. (W7 32bit)

When in battery mode, fan speed is as it should be, quiet, and speeds up when there is heat. Everything is fine.

But when ac adapter plugged to the laptop, fan turns very high rate and stays constantly there, no slowing down, no variable speed according to heat. Just noisy.

- I tried almost every possible power settings: "balanced", "power saver", "system cooling policy to passive", "maximum processor state to very low values". Didn't work.
- There is no fan speed options on keyboard (with or without FN keys)
- BIOS and Firmware seems updated.
- Tried "Speedfan" and "Coretemp" program but there is no fan speed up-down thing.

What can i do?

go into Settings/General [Compatibility properties] and make sure Enable low-level hardware access interface is set to user mode

your screen grab doesn't show it knowing what GPU the system has - like this
