Laptop recommendation for Cinema 4D

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a laptop however it needs to be capable of running Cinema 4D and Photoshop. I have a fairly powerful desktop at work where I use these applications but need something compact so I can work at home.

Get the best i7 you can afford, and either a workstation GPU or consumer GPU compatible depending on the specific apps, but accept the fact that laptops will never be as fast as their desktop counterparts without lots a money and sacrificing what makes then laptops. You may be better building a similar desktop at home to what you have at work, and either forgetting the laptop or making due with something on the lower end, for the same price.

Good cpu, can't speak to UK pricing, but you may wish to use the same os as work (prob win7 not 8) .
