I want to upgrade my cpu ad a4-3305m

I would like to upgrade the cpu in the laptop i have. It has a R-23 motherboard in it if that helps. It currently has an AMD A4-3305m nd i would like to know what i the fastest i could upgrade to?

You CANNOT upgrade a laptop CPU. It is soldered to the board. Use what you have or buy a new laptop. Or desktop if you want to be able to upgrade it or.have a gaming machine
