hi,

It all depends on your use what are you going to use it for??

The basic difference between the processor is that the samsung has the standard laptop ivy bridge processor(more powerfull but not slim and not battery efficient) and the dell have a ultrabook processor more compact(slimer) and better battery life.

As far as the graphics is concerned the HD 7670m is better than 620m but still if you are going with 620m make sure that it has 128 bit version.

Regards,
Vic

The 7670m is better than the 620m, but only by a small margin. If you aren't going to game too much, then the 620m should suit you fine. See for yourself:http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
The i5-3210m has higher clock speeds, but it uses more power. The one on the Dell Ultrabook is a low wattage CPU, so performance will be iffy. You probably don't really need 6 GB RAM. A 500 GB HDD will suit you fine. If you don't need a super slim, light, laptop, then you can go with the first option, as it is probably cheaper. But in terms of many things, the Ultrabook does have it better. Also do you know what type of VRAM each laptop has (GDDR5, GDDR3)? It can be better judged by that.

Hope I helped! (Don't want to be greedy, but I hope this is the best answer XD)

Well I prefer Samsung since it got more CPU power, that's what I need. I don't play games on laptop much, maybe minecraft. I don't take it every where with me so don't need lite laptop. I use sony vegas and photoshop a lot so I guess CPU is more important (Sony Vegas also use GPU power to render videos but since deference between graphic cards is not big I still think CPU is more important)

Thank you.
