How to fix all CD/DVD drive issues.

Hello, my CDRW/DVD Drive Internal drive is not being reconized on my Dell Latitude 610 Laptop. It shows yellow by the drive. Could someone help me, I just have to download CD/DVD Software, not the extras Virus software Thank You Edward.
