I need to get a laptop for a client with the following specs:

Under $800
7200RPM+
lightweight
good tech support/warranty (preferably USA tech support)
Processor and ram not so important, they are all fast enough these days, he'll just be doing email/Word.

In the past, I've used Dell but I hear they're not so great anymore and the client is not happy with their phone support.

This sounds like a noob question, but I'm finding it very difficult to find a computer with these specs. Which is ridiculous because it was easy for the last 5 years or so, until this year. It seems like all the jackass companies are stuffing 5400rpm drives in there and pretending that 7200rpm is hard to do.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Hmm maybe consider an ultrabook? Some of them put 32gb ssd cache so its even faster than a 7200 rpm hd, but consume less power.

The sony vaio T is an example

Just a comment, 7200rpm hard drives are not worth it to put them on laptops (besides desktop replacements) because they consume more power, run hotter, and are only a tiny bit faster.
