IPAD software for windoxs XP..has not passed Windows Logo

I just purchased an IPAD 3 and want to sync my iTunes library from my laptop. The laptop is running Windows XP with Service Pack 3. When I connect the IPAD to the laptop, I get a window the reads:

" The software you are installng for this hardware: Non-Plug and Play Drivers has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either immediately or in the future. Microsoft stronly recommends that you stop this installation naw and contact the hardware vendor for software that hs passed Windows Logo testing."

Is it okay to "Continue Anyway" or should I "STOP Installation". If I stop installation, what should I do to sync my IPAD to this computer?

I would also suggest that you use SkyDrive for Microsoft on the Ipad: https/itunes.apple.com/gb/app/skydrive/id477537958?mt=8
