Hi, I'm pretty new around here so I hope this is the right place.
My boyfriend discovered that my laptop was running slower than normal and he had me install this program that showed the temperature for computers/laptops. What we both discovered was that my laptop was around 90 degrees Celsius. I bought a cooling pad and it's currently around 70 degrees Celsius, but when I play games, it shoots to 80.
I've already cleaned out the air vents, but it's still not enough it seems.
I'm not sure what to do. Should I buy a new cooling pad or do I have to do something to my laptop?
