I want to know if this computer can run SWTOR.. possibly on medium settings, but I'm okay with running it on low settings. I also wanna know if I will get a good fps with this laptop. I want the game to be playable and enjoyable.

It isn't, not even close. The HD3000/HD4000 found on the Sandybridge and Ivybridge processors might be able to play it at low settings, and the new AMD Trinity APUs might be able to tackle it on medium, but the Intel GMA based IGPs in Core2 laptops will barely play Minesweeper.

The Nvidia 1500M is the enterprise version of the 7900 GS mobile which is 1 tier below the Intel HD4000 and 2 tiers above the HD3000

Minimum requirements for SWTOR are a Nvidia 7800 discrete. The 7900 mobile is 1 tier below the 7800 discrete...
So maybe... You could barely play SWTOR at the lowest possible settings and it would still probably be slow at times.
Plus your Processor is just barely at the SWTOR minimum requirements of 2.0 GHz...
And the minimum RAM is 2 GB which you have.
So basically you might be able to play but it would definitely suck...
