Webcam problem

helo there. im afif .
ive a serious problem .
im using A43S asus laptop .
and im using asuslifeframe3 also .
but when i open this lifeframe . the computer saying that camera is disabled .
samegoes when im using skype . i can see my friend face ..but they cant see me ..even i cant see my face while skyping .
is there any driver or software tht must i install or should i uninstall the asuslifeframe3 and install the new one ?
thnks . really appreciate it . need this problem solved ASAP.
