How do i get the mobile internetn on compuer

i want to connect my mobile to the computer but cant because i cant seem to download the accelerater for mobile to make it connect to the computer

You have internet access on your phone, and you have heard that you can connect your PC to your phone so that your PC can access the internet as well, but you don't know how to do that.
