won't turn on. blue light blinks 5 times

Oh, my gosh,. The light switch attached to the plug was turned off where the battery booster was plugged in. Turned it on and the computer came on. The blue light was at bottom left front of computer. The computer works wireless so couldn't figure out why that would make a difference.
