Which laptop would you go for; Toshiba Satellite P755-s5475 or HP Pavilion dv6-6c40ee?

here are the specs of the laptopss:

HP pavilion
Intel core i5-2450M second generation
2.5GHz
cache: 3MB L3
750GB HDD
6GB DDR3 Ram
AMD radeon HD 7470M (1gb DDR5 dedicated)

Toshiba
Intel core i7-2670M
3.1GHz
Cache: 6MB
500GB HDD
4gb DDR3
Mobile Intel HD graphics with up to 1696MB memory

According to Notebookcheck.net, the AMD radeon HD 7470M (1gb DDR5 dedicated) will only run a couple of the modern games on Low details so i wont enjoy it. So Basically both videos cards are crap. The comparison is between Toshiba vs HP and "i7 with 4gb ram" vs "i5 with 6gb ram"

I basically need it for normal stuff like Internet, watching movies, etc...
There is an offer on the Toshiba laptop so both are of the SAME price. What do you think i should get?

all toshibas suffer cap problems i would never buy one judging by motherboard build / component desigh / selection

hp suffers from poor chassis / ventilation designs (air is forced 45º angle down - 50% air flow reduction etc) and horrific designs i cant stand on the outside (horrid keyboards with stupidly placed shortcut keys, horrid touchpad designs etc)

i would buy ASUS or Dell from there designs (inside and out) if your after something of decent quality.

Processor and RAM should be two of your least concerns, and you should not base your decision on them. For basic usage, you will not notice any difference between a Core i3 and a Core i7, or between 4GB of RAM and 8GB of RAM. If you will not be using the laptop for gaming, then the GPU isn't relevant either.

To assist in the search for possibly-better-suited models, what country are you buying from, and what's your budget?

But if you have to choose one of these two, what would you take?

I live in Jordan, and the budget is around 850$. But the choices are not much in here so these are the most suitable i could find.

My current laptop iś and eight year old toshiba, runs fine for its age and has had to BSODs, handles most things fine, even games whose minímum processor requirements are a few megahertz above the actual processor
