Can't get my tosheba laptop to come on

Hello,
I can't get my laptop to come on. I taken out the batter and unplugged it and then tried cutting it on and off. but nothing. I had found a very small penile door that had come off or had been taken off. of the front of the laptop on the left hand side next to the little wireless switch. i wonder if there was some thing that went there that was taken out or lost.
