How to find out temperature of computer

Where do I go to find the temperature of my computer? I know there is a place that registers the current temperature. Where is that?

My favorite is Speed fan , I have been using it for years. One thing to know about bios tempture reporting is that it may or may not be acurate (or at least it use to not to), so if your getting numbers that dont make much sense eg something is posting 110 C or -54 C just ignore that number.
