i cant find a rcovery disc for a toshba satellite pro c650-18d on toshiba website cn you help me my toshiba opens with a message when opening of no bootable device insert boot disc can ou help me

If your laptop did not come with a recovery disk then the recovery data is on a hidden partition on the hard drive. You should be able to boot to this via the start up screen, unless you replaced the hard drive....
