Play Xbox through Laptop Monitor?

Sup Guys

I have an HP Pavilion dv7 4150si 1 TB HDD; ATI Radeon 5650HD 1 GB; and 6GBs of RAM.
Is there any possible way of using the actual laptop monitor to play console games? I know that it won't work through the HDMI port as both the xbox 360 and my laptop have HDMI out ports.

So my question is, is there any way I can play my xbox even though it won't work via hdmi?

If you have a laptop with a expandable card port you may able to do it via tv capture card but..... that opens another can of worms
