Acer battery not charging

I bought an Acer Aspire computer (5741) approximately 1 1/2 years ago and have been through 3 batteries. The last battery only lasted 2 weeks and at the end was unable to even keep a charge. Needless to say that was the end of its use. After saving for laptop and ending up with a lemon has left sour taste in my mouth for the Acer laptop. Exactly how much does it cost to get it fixed and yes a new battery I suppose? Thanks Debra

Why dont you ask Acer. This forum has nothing to do with Acer. We can only try and tell you whats wrong with it, not how much itll cost to repair.
