Free toshiba recovery cd download for xp

i restored my lap top to a earlier date used it a couple of days and needed some stuff so i undone the restore and a couple of days later i restored it to a earlier date again and before it got done my battery went dead so i plugged it in and noe it wont boat up it says it has a missing or coruput file

go to search and type cmd and press enter.
in the black box that.opens type

sfc /scannow

after this completes use

chkdsk /r

if you actually need to reinstall it there should be a button to press at startup to do a factory restore. if not you'll have to contact Toshiba for the disk
