Hello,
I have Sony vaio vgn-tz21wn/b from vista to windons7 the issue are after updates no sounds coming out from speaker but if I use headset it's okey,and built in webcam not working,please help me to solve this problem

Go to Sony's supports sight, download the windows 7 drivers for your laptop, and install them
