Puchase of laptop computers in Accra Ghana

I want to purchase a laptop in Accra Ghana. I also want to pick it up at a store location in Accra. So where can my friend go to pick it up or it could be locally delivered. I will provide the local address in Ghana. The computer I want to purchase is the Acer Aspire black Notebook laptop no. AS5750-6867. 15.6" at 499.00 as advertised on this site. I will pay for the laptop using my Visa card or other method your store my prefer.
