Replacemt part: Laptop: HP ZX5000: Hard drive: plastic pin cover

I need a replacement part for the hard drive of an HP ZX5000. The plastic part I need covers the actual pins of the hard drive and allows the pins to interface with the pins on the laptop. There is a part number (?) on the plastic piece 04 09 1C HR. I'm kind of thinking that is not a part number but it is the only identification on the piece. The piece slips easily off the pins and it seems it should be replaceable. How can I find this replacement part?
