Hello,
This forum s gr8. Google brought me here whn I ws searching for care info about my new netbook.

My Question: I ve a new Asus 1015CX Eee PC netbook. Should I always fully discharge and then fully charge its battery? According to the user manual I have done this 3 to 4 times. But after this can I now keep it always plugged into AC mains while using indoors? I am at a loss. Please tell me which is the best way to use and will give the longest battery life. Its been my 3 months' salary in advance so I dont wanna mess it up. I want to really take the best care for the batteries and this netbook. Without ur expert opinion I am at a loss. :pfff:

Please help. Thanks a lot.

You should not fully deep discharge your battery every time. That's not good for them.
If you're on the AC mains a lot take the battery out. It can help prolong the useful life of the battery.
