Shogun 2 What Laptop???

Sup, as you guys probably know I am posting a lot of threads because I am looking for a laptop whichis cheap and is capable of running shogun 2 as it is a great game here are the links to the laptops I am considering:

Not to rain on your parade but really for my own information and education:
Since Shogun2 is a Steam game wouldn't it:
A. be terribly slow to load
B. use a tremendous amount of bandwidth
C: quickly consume a battery charge
if you are using it in wi-fi and battery mode?
If at a desk and plugged into a power supply and a wired modem I don't see a big problem. Just curious.
It took me 2 hours to just d/l an update the other day and takes much longer just to initialize the game on Steam using a DSL 6MB d/l setup on a mid-range desktop gaming rig.
