Comparing 2 laptops (best bang for the buck)

I like the specs on both, Obviously the HP's GPU is faster, but how much faster? I have my desktop for gaming (even though it isn't state of the art). My gt 545 runs skyrim on high settings so I am cool with that. I honestly would love to keep it under 700$ (Half my loans) but is the extra 70$ worth it? The asus has cooled track pad, I am just stuck between the two. It will mostly be used for school, but It would be nice to game a little while I am in between classes or don't feel like being in my room.

Also It seems Nvidia just put out new drivers recently that greatly help the video cards, My GT 545 on this desktop before could run Skyrim on Low. With the new drivers it jumped it up to High.
