Unlocking bios features

I have a sony vaio vpc f226fm and i would like to unlock the bios so i can see what kind of settings the memory is set to as well as the harddrive. I am not looking to overclock anything but i would like to be able to maybe install a hackintosh onto a small partition of the harddrive.

You dont need to unlock the bios you just go into it....

It's usually pressing the Delete button or Escape button when you turn it on...

I believe the OP is referring to unlocking Hidden Bios pages if they are supported.
Quite a few notebooks have hidden Bios features/options but I have never dealt with Sony Vaio's in my years a Notebook technician, So i cannot help you there

That is exactly what i was refering to. The only settings i can change in the sony bios is the startup order and the time. that is all i can change. So i would like to have access to more options. And again i am not looking to overclock i just want to change more of the settings.
