Laptop fell down to the ground! Working but should I be worried?!

nothing happened, just a scratch. it just fell down from my bag, just 2-3 feet

You should be fine, however, check for any unusual noises coming from your hard drive. Open the HDD cover and listen to the drive for ratling noises. If you're system is still operating normally, then you should be okay.

If it's working "why worry" ?

I'd put it thru its paces running some benchmarks and if anything shook loose, it's likely to show up at this time.
