Do you mean you deleted the Internet Explorer/Firefox/Chrome icon? Or did you delete a folder you shouldn't of? Or uninstall something?

+1, I was wondering how he deleted all of the internet too. They really should have a message that comes up saying "Are you sure you want to delete the whole internet?"

The internet was never on your laptop. What you had (and likely still have) were programs that:

1. Allowed you to access the internet
2. Allowed you to access your e-mail

Using a machine which doe shave access to the internet, download a copy of Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird. Install the on your laptop. Problem solved.

Restoring what ya did have would require that we know what OS you were using.
