Why cant I get online wireless when it says I am connected

Hello,
I have a dell latitude and when I hit internet explorer I get the responce...I E cannot display the webpage. This computer got right online in another location. If I go to the bottom right of my screen it says that my wireless connection status is connected with excellent signal strength. My other laptop is working..I am on it now..PLEASE HELP ME..

your wireless card could be broken, clear out your DNS and forget the network. Re-enter password and try to connect again. Sometimes when the password is really close the connection will partially connect.
