Hey guys, I've been looking to upgrade my Laptop Graphics card in order to play some more of the up to date games and run some 3D modelling software. My current laptop is a Samsung 300E4A/300E5A/300E7A. It's one of those at least, this laptop seems to not exist on the actual Samsung website, all the specs are the same except somehow my laptop has 6GB RAM instead of 4GB, and I bought it new... Anyway my specs are:

Processor: Intel Core i5-2430M CPU @ 2.4Ghz
RAM: 6GB
Graphics Card: Integrated Intel HD Graphics Family
HDMI: Yes

What graphics card would you guys recommend and where could I look? I'm a UK resident by the way. I've got no problems modding PCs but when it comes to laptops I'm clueless haha.

Thanks in advance guys.

It's highly unlikely you can upgrade the graphics on your laptop. Almost all laptops use integrated video cards which cannot be upgraded.

there is no video cards for laptops so you are not able to do that.
Some expensive laptops are able to fit a card on it.
Enjoy the built in.

Hi :)

I totally agree... you would be amazed at the number of people who come into my Computer shops in the UK, with Laptops looking for a "better graphics card" or a "faster processor" :)

All the best Brett :)
