You're asking us which ISP you have? You really should know this one - you pay the bill every month.
You need to work with your internet service provider (ISP).

If you are running off of a Router or Modem that came from your Company the Password to your network should be one of the list of numbers on the side of the router, if its not then working, otherwise you then sir have a case of "Forgot to pay your bills"
