Bluetooth not working in acer travelmate 5720

Hi,

I have installed my bluetooth software in my laptop.But still i could not connect any devices any devices with it. Can you please help me through this

Hello syedahmed;

Could the Bluetooth software "see" the external Bluetooth devices?

Does your Acer Travelmate 5720 have the Bluetooth Network adapter (hardware) already installed? Not all models of 5720 had the optional Bluetooth adapter.
Device Manager would show a Bluetooth Adapter under Network Adapters...
or else where in the Device Manager listings.
